Real Estate is indeed a fascinating business. Not only does it offer its practitioners an opportunity to create income streams that most people could only dream of, but its conduct ultimately has a major bearing on the course of the national economy.

While the purchase of the family home is without doubt the largest and most significant investment most people will ever undertake, it is a life tragedy that it is too often the end of their investment road.

In reality, home ownership and indeed the journey toward it, can be the springboard to financial independence for those who choose to think of it as an event avenue rather than a cul-de-sac life experience.

The much touted affordability crisis is largely a crisis of attitude, fuelled by those who would rather ponder the failed remedies of yesterday than risk the paradigm shift in thinking which would lead them to enduring abundance in a few tomorrows.
